Social Responsibility

We believe that part of running our business the right way means giving back to our community as well as to our valued employees.

Throughout the years that we have been in operation, American Metal Finishing is proud to have made significant contributions to others.

Fundraising

Over the years, we have helped to raise close to $700,000 in financial aid for local charities and community service organizations such as:

• The YMCA of San Diego County – We have made not only a financial commitment but also a volunteer commitment to support two different branches in lower income areas of the greater San Diego community.
• The Vision of Children – A charity targeting congenital blindness in children, The Vision of Children strives to allocate all donations to research and essentially none to administration.
• Rolling Readers – Targeting illiteracy among lower income children, this charity is supported both financially and with volunteer efforts from the AMP&P team.

Job Creation

We are proud to provide a stable place of employment within the community and have created hundreds of jobs, right here in San Diego, California.
